Mandi Singer brings a creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a deep love for the Forgotten Coast to her real estate career. She began her professional journey in photography, starting in youth sports action photography before becoming an award-winning photojournalist. Over nine years, Mandi earned more than 30 photography awards from the Georgia Press Association and Georgia AP Association and served as Photography Chief at The Covington News in Newton County, Georgia.

In August 2010, Mandi followed her heart to Apalachicola, Florida, a place that immediately felt like home. Her introduction to real estate came in 2011 when she became the Multimedia Specialist for Collins Vacation Rentals and Century 21 Realty on St. George Island, photographing vacation homes and real estate listings. It was there that her love for real estate and the coastal lifestyle truly took root.

Now with Harbor Realty, Mandi is excited to combine her creative background, local knowledge, and genuine love for this community to help others find homes and investment opportunities along the coast.
